Overflow capacity
for aluminum parts.

When your shop or your approved suppliers are full, send us the non-controlled aluminum work. Upload a STEP file for a draft estimate right away; a Hyprecision engineer reviews it the same business day. Haas 5-axis, large 3-axis and horizontal machines we own and run, from prototypes to production lots.

You'll see a draft estimate in seconds. It becomes an official quote only after a Hyprecision engineer reviews it, the same business day.

For supply chain and manufacturing engineering

Overflow capacity for primes

For purchasing teams and manufacturing engineers at primes and tier-1 suppliers who need more aluminum capacity. Start with one part number and judge us on the result.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload a STEP file

One part per upload. Add quantity, material and tolerance class.

  2. 02

    Draft estimate

Automated checks against our machine envelopes, then a price range and lead time built from our own shop rates.

  3. 03

    Same-day human review

A Hyprecision engineer checks the part, the setup and the schedule the same business day.

  4. 04

    Official quote

You get the reviewed quote. Nothing is final until that review.

What we take now

  • Non-controlled aluminum: 6061-T6, 7075-T6, 2024-T3, 5052-H32 and MIC-6 plate.
  • 1–500 pieces per online quote, from prototypes to production lots. Larger programs by phone.
  • Parts that fit the machine envelopes listed below.

Not yet

  • Online estimates for other materials. Titanium, Inconel and stainless are quoted by an engineer by phone.
  • ITAR or export-controlled work. We don't accept it yet, and will only take it once we are registered for it.
  • We'll update this page when either changes.
